Read across languages. Look beyond a score. Make the next choice yours.THE JOURNEY / FROM LABEL TO DECISION
Whether it is a travel find or a new favourite online, begin with the actual ingredients and keep going to a useful decision.

Scan an ingredient list or barcode, choose a photo, or enter the details yourself.

Review original and English ingredient names from Korean, Japanese or Chinese labels; correct anything that looks off before analysis.

Explore key ingredients, a fit estimate and any gaps in what the scan recognised.
App screens show example products and sample data. Translation and ingredient matches should be checked against the pack.
NEW IN THE SCAN RESULT / CLAIM CHECK
Claim Check looks at the words on the pack alongside the ingredient list and research context. It explains why a claim is Backed, Partly backed, a Marketing term, or worth a Check this. It can spot a “fragrance-free” claim beside Parfum on the list, or raise a question about a stated active percentage.
These are prompts to investigate, not lab measurements or a guarantee of results. Confirm the current pack and translation; treatment-style claims depend on your region.

POPULAR BEAUTY, BEYOND BORDERS
Trending skincare from Korea, Japan and China is easier to discover than ever, especially when you travel or shop online. A beautiful pack still leaves questions: What does the label say? Which ingredients matter? Could it fit your skin?
Glow brings the original text and English review together, then checks the product against your skin profile. Source-linked regulatory context is being built as coverage grows. Keep the product you love, or explore an ALT with similar key actives.
THE GLOW DIFFERENCE
Once you know the ingredients doing the work, you can compare products on the same key actives instead of relying on packaging or a brand name alone. Glow's ALTS view makes that comparison easier to start.

AFTER THE SCAN / KEEP THE GOOD STUFF
One scan can become a better organised shelf, a smarter purchase and a routine that feels like yours.

Keep scanned products together, mark what you use and revisit the ingredients before you buy something new.

Follow online retailer links for products you like. Nearby store options are planned as local coverage and stock information become available.

Place the product in a morning or evening step and build a habit you can check in on. Keep what works, change what does not.
Example app screens and retailer links are illustrative. Prices, stock and local availability can change.
MORE THAN A SCAN
Review translated labels and original text, so a great regional find is less of a mystery.
Pair the ingredient list with your goals and skin profile instead of treating one product score as the whole answer.
We are building source-linked checks for recalls and restricted substances, with country-specific context as coverage grows.
THE REAL TALK
The scanner is designed for products from major beauty markets, including Korean, Japanese and Chinese labels. In the app journey, you can review and correct translated ingredient names before analysis. Coverage and accuracy depend on the label and image quality.
You can save it to your product shelf, compare key ingredients and ALTS, look at retailer options and add a product you choose to your routine.
Nearby store discovery is planned where local retailer coverage and stock information are available. Check live price and availability with the retailer before you travel or buy.
It compares the words on the pack with the ingredient list, evidence for relevant skin concerns and available region-specific context. It labels each check Backed, Partly backed, Marketing term or Check this, and explains the reason. Ingredient order is a clue, not a concentration test, and the result is general information rather than legal or medical advice.
No. A scan can miss text or lack a complete ingredient list. Suitability is an estimate, and restrictions vary by country and product type. Check the package and official local advice, especially for allergy or medical questions.
