Project Glow

About Project Glow

Project Glow is building a clearer path from a skin concern to an informed skincare choice.

Why we exist

Skincare shelves are crowded with claims, unfamiliar ingredient names and advice that can be hard to compare. Project Glow brings the evidence and product label together so people can understand what an ingredient is used for, what remains uncertain and which questions to ask before buying.

Our approach

We connect skin concerns to ingredients supported by medical research, scientific publications and clinical trial data. We then look for products containing the relevant ingredients and consider formula, concentration, directions and individual context. We also check ingredient names against regularly updated government and recognised-organisation lists of prohibited and restricted substances, with the relevant jurisdiction attached to an alert.

Our boundary

A product scan is a tool for understanding a label. It cannot diagnose a condition, identify an unlisted contaminant or guarantee a product is right for everyone. Persistent symptoms and treatment decisions belong with a qualified clinician.
