Privacy policy
Effective 8 October 2026. This notice covers the Project Glow website and its waitlist, not a future app or scanner service.
Who we are
Project Glow is responsible for the information described here. Contact us at hello@projectglowskin.com for privacy questions or rights requests.
Information we collect and why
The beta waitlist is for adults aged 18 or older. If you join, we ask for your name, email address, age confirmation and where you heard about us. If you arrived from the Skin Age or Skin School page, the form also records that campaign interest so we know which beta update is relevant. We use these details to manage your requested waitlist contact, understand how people find Project Glow and email you about launch updates. We rely on your consent for waitlist emails; you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us.
You may also choose skincare goal options and add notes. These details can reveal health information. We use them only for waitlist research if you give separate explicit consent in the form. You can join without providing them, and you can withdraw this separate consent at any time. Please avoid including diagnoses or other sensitive details in free-text notes or contact emails.
The Skin School chooser and value calculator run in your browser and do not submit their answers to Project Glow. The website does not request or upload face photos; any future app photo processing will need its own notice and consent. If you email us, we use your message and address to respond. Our hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP address, browser type and time of visit to deliver and protect the site.
Service providers and international transfers
The site is hosted by Vercel. Waitlist forms are sent to FormSubmit, which forwards them to Project Glow by email. These providers may process data in countries outside your own. Their privacy information describes their handling and transfer safeguards. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
Retention and your choices
We keep waitlist details while the waitlist is active and review them after launch; you may request removal sooner. We keep contact messages only as long as needed to respond and handle follow-up. Where data-protection law applies, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing, and you may complain to your local data-protection authority. Email us to exercise a right or withdraw waitlist consent.
Cookies and changes
The site uses local browser storage to remember that you dismissed the essential-storage notice and session storage to personalise the waitlist thank-you page. See our cookie policy. We will update this page if website data practices change and show the new effective date.
